You can't just say "NOOO PEOPLE ARE DYING AND THEIR LIFE IS HORRIBLE WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING" because this will always happens and if you try making immediate mesures they will never work you wasted your time and resorces. People will only live happily and not die when the curve will slowly bend enough and entire mindset of the culture is changed and everybody who was before is replaced. Same with those luddit worker, their conditions were not good and this is historical fact but because of this we have good conditions more than they had. Failures will repeat until they fixed. Evolution.
