Whatever as long as the students try their best to better their education. If they comprehend the material, study hard, relay every detail, then it counts as basic education for them. The point is not that basic education is some arbitrary list of things to know, because this can cause disparity and some students will fall off and fail. And nobody wants detention, we only want attention from them. Even when life is tough, they should improve, not remain stuck. Oddly, quarters are enough to give students the necessary quality of liffe to study.
