I belong to no particular operating system as I can't settle on anything. If it's compatible with my hardware, I'll give it a whirl.
I think I've finally found my home. Devuan (Sysvinit) + XFCE + PipeWire is so stable and rock-solid it makes everything else seems like an unstable mess in hindsight. I've been running it for a solid month now and absolutely nothing has failed nor crashed, great overall.

Do you hate systemd?

Somewhat. Death by a thousand paper-cuts really. I heard that the code is an absolutely humongous and convoluted mess so I stuck to a well documented and smaller alternative. Systemd has also broken multiple Arch installs on me so there's that.

ChromeOS, yes it sounds dummyed but I like it since the Debian Linux container built into the dev mode can easily be reset if I fuck something up & it's sandboxed from the rest of the OS. Compared to a normal VM, performance doesn't suffer and the GPU passthrough works perfectly.
Also it's just a pretty OS, like what Windows 11 should've been.
