i don't think you can get a hardware ban on the web, wiping your cache should be enough, not sure about phone app though

Depends on how much data you're willing to mine legally. You can get a few things like display, cpu, operating system and wifi very easily through built in functions. You can then get the GPU and approximate the RAM through some tricks. All of this is information that could theoretically be used to build a profile and hardware ban people.

I'm sure you could even get someone's internet speed as a way to rape their router in case of an IP reset being used to ban evade. I've never gone out of my way to try but i'm pretty sure it wouldn't be crazy.

you can spoof web fingerprinting, though ironically that makes you more identifiable as a result
traditional hardware ban usually means tracking every possible GUID number starting from shit like motherboard serial number and ending with BIOS data and building a profile with that, there also exists spoofers for that but they're kind of shady if you ask me since only cheaters use them
