I was thinking that he got bullied into a meltdown, or that he's trying to show the heckin' chuds that they toooootally aren't bothering him.
Either way, he's clearly mentally ill or disabled from the rest of his posting and also I think he should be dragged behind a truck until he only exists as a 5-mile-long stain on the road personally

Actually i have a really good soultion
Strip them naked and chain them to the back of a car running in neutral pretty slow but do this on a salt flat in a desert, eventually they'll collapse of exhaustion and be dragged over the dry hot salt that'll scrape their legs and body open and fill the resulting wounds with salt
They'll be going in and out of consciousness only feeling weakness and pain
