I've come to realize that rules should be loose.
Abiding to a loose moral system is harder than to abide to a strict set of rules, because you can always find a way around a rigid system.

Mods, admins and jannies shouldn't check a post, analyze it thoroughly and make maths with the rules to find out whether or not some user deserves X punishment.
It's not that hard.
The most important rule is to keep the site's quality up. If a user is deemed to bring the quality of the website down, then jannies should be able to just say
>You, specifically, need to stop your specific behaviour that we dislike or you'll get 'nished.
End of story, no need for justifications. Fuck justifications.
Ban and punish loosely, it's not that hard.
