They view it as a threat that needs to be destroyed immediately so that you are forced to go back to the booru. Gelbooru, danbooru, safebooru, and sankaku complex all occupy the same niche of anime cataloging sites, but you don't see them fighting with each other. That is my goal with SoyShack, to just offer a different choice in material for the same consumers of that media.
