Please I need help people, I sleep over 12 hours a day and I'm still tired, when I wake up I feel ill because I basically stop receiving nutrients for half the day, my bones and ligaments creak from not moving for 14 hours

Stop having 4 hour nightly edging sessions and sleep it out. In a couple of days you should go back to normal

Then I recommend you research oversleeping and what could cause it in you. Maybe that could even fix your problem without help from a specialist

If you do keep a sleeping schedule (I would like to trust you with that) then there are also other factors that could cause oversleeping. I would recommend looking into it

I work all day and the second I come home I suddenly feel like sleeping for the rest of time and I can't get anything done past 6 pm.

Exercise until exhaustion, buy a sound machine and an eye mask, and make a schedule for yourself where you need to be awake in 8 hours. Don't work night shifts either; you should be awake when the sun is out and fall asleep after it has set to not ruin your circadian rhythm.
