Probably because sncapedia is a bit more liberal regarding links to other sites. They link to the chinny in it's page if i'm not mistaken.
Even if it's not a direct endorsement i could see why 'ki jannies would deem it irresponsible to provide that gateway.

It's true, i'm banned off all maij soysphere sites for bringing up the time Quote flew me out to Britain after months of grooming me and she actually told me about Quotechan, her new imageboard software, before anybody else during one of the many times she BBW raped me for hours on end.
