Awesome idea:
Her antlers can swivel, they can rotate down, up, can close up and droop completely down, one can go up whist the other slides down. This is a great art idea that would add a new layer of character to Ruby.
Her top-rainbow would either close up like a fan or be a hologram, i like the idea that it closes up like a fan.
