I genuinely did that while I was at an outpatient mental facility one time. They wanted us to do arts and crafts with the younger kids (I was 15 at the time) so I just sat down in the hallway and stared at a wall for 45 minutes and got lost in thought till I dozed off

Now they have little heaters inside them (MRE), or usally some guy is carrying a stove somewhere in his pack in a platoon (mostly for soup). In CAF its usally the stove because its better to have that as a adhoc heating station.
