How come bum ass rural eskimos manage to be fatter than urban canadians?

They are'nt used to the modern diet, the other newly westernized natives got the same problem (Inuits, native americans, Native south americans, pacific islanders and abos). They evolved to live in a place where food is alot rarer thus their bodies store away every single calory they can in preparation for a famin that never comes. They also huge drinkers, they eat cheap processed crap (nothing grows up threre and nobody really knows how to cook meals) their culture is'nt used to having to deal with diabetus.
