Leftists hate that since they pretty much all have it and therefore deny it exists. There's a backhanded compliment (once very talented), which is always great for engagement. He says the new american golden age is upon us while leftists are sure america will collapse any day now.
There's a lot of things in there to fall for. I would be surprised if this doesn't become a massive controversy.

I went and checked out one of the bigger leftist subreddits, and it seems to be working pretty well. Already over 1000 comments after 3 hours.
