I have been trying to see if his "address" is anywhere but I think the place he lives in is so unorganized and poor that he does not have a set address.
The best I can say is he lives opposite of the green house with red edges on Av 6a# 6-4 in Cucuta, Colombia

The street view closest to his house is from 2013 an this one is from 2021
