Some leakage happened on their website and snca namecaca was told by another snca to SHUT IT DOWN, then they changed urls and owners than it happened AGAIN and finally than it died.

The nuschlog was horribly mismanaged which drove away users. Eventually everyone except like 7 jannies had quit. One of the jannies wiped the database which was the definitive end of the site as there were no backups.

I meant that the nuschlog jannies didn’t have a backup. I know broot has an ancient one but he probably wouldn’t let them use it. Unless there’s another I’m not aware of?

I feel like soros would have restored the site if he could. There must have been a reason he was there since he was part of telnets original team. It seems unlikely he would have let the site die if he could prevent it.

yeah, you're right. Probably only Jackson has a backup. Hell, he might not even have one. The nuschlog's entire value lied upon the bloated corpse it was skinwalking as. The second the old schlog posts were lost alongside every account. They knew it was over.
