I have some tolerance since I can handle raw milk just fine so long as I don't drink too much of it
Speaking of raw milk, I haven't drank any of it for years now, you must visit the farms yourself or contact someone close to one if you want the purest and rawest of milk instead of the over processed shit """m*lk""" sold everywhere; there was a time when someone riding a horse would go around the city selling raw milk at like 5 ~ 6 am... Been years since I last saw that happen

Raw (natural) milk has the nutrients in lipid bubbles, pasturiseation and processing breaks those bubbles which changes how it digests
