The age of consent in Iraq is set at 18, regardless of gender and/or sexual orientation. "Any person who sexually assaults a boy or girl under the age of 18 without the use of force, menaces or deception is punishable by detention..."

wait i jut read article 120 it doesnt say that

"Will be sentenced with jail whoever does any of the actions in the second or third section of article 119 with a person who is under 16 taking advantage of her sexual immaturity, in relation of the age of the perpetrator, his relationship of superiority in regards of the victim, or other equivalent cause."
