Porn and sexual deviance is'nt new, just watch any old movie they are on average quite a bit more oversexualized. It could explain the later drop since children had less access to porn but the rates we're getting lower long before internet porn was "mainstream".
Vidya? This graph ends in 2014, there was still alot of couch gaming back then.

It wasn't cool kids getting high sometimes and pulling drunk hoes at parties, it was losers content with smoking K2 in their bedrooms all day. Plenty of kids who would have grown out of their awkward phase and moved on to find someone turned out completely stunted and accepting of isolation
Porn and sexual deviance are not new, and neither is not having a gf by 12th grade. Both are increasing, and porn is increasing in accessibility, volume, and degeneracy. Jerking off to two people having sex does not impact someone's self-esteem nearly as much as jerking off to furry roblox fart porn.
I'm not sure what you're trying to say with vidya, but couch gaming and hanging out with your bros doesn't translate to dating at all, and like with drugs you're ignoring the fact that there has been a growing number of addicts who are so deep that they're locked in their room whenever they can be.
All of this existed at the start of the graph, just like not dating in highschool. They have steadily grown over the years while dating in highschool has steadily declined.
Albeit, now that I'm awake and looking more closely, the drop-off is too early for vidya to have been a "starting factor," but there really isn't one to begin with, it's many things that give different types of people a way to be satisfied with life without long-term fulfillment.
