Tno is a shit mod. By far the most overrated in the entire hoi4 workshop.

I'm a former TNO dev actually. The South America content was inherited from a submod, it wasn't even originally apart of TNO. Same as the Antarctica content. There's 300 something people on the dev team (more than Paradox!) and all they can output are 3 year demos for nations once or twice a year.

A lot of it comes down to structural deficiencies and how the team is organized. It's all very disjointed and none of the individual dev teams share a holistic goal with one another. Not to mention Mango is an obnoxious dummy.

I know, it was called cold southern springs i believe. It's also why the only new content in years that hasn't been just a downgrade of already existing content has been on south america and antartica. Everyone else seems more concerned with removing everything panzer did than actually making the mod, which honestly seems very petty to me.

Shit code in an outdated game. I hope hoi5 improves upon diplomacy because it makes no sense that wars only end once you force the other party to totally capitulate when for most of history it wasn't this way.

I would recommend giving it a try. It's pretty fun. Play a nation on one of the continents other than the one equestria is on doe. That content is really old.
