Probably a dead noob thread, but it's a fun hobby. Anyone else here into it? Best finds? Worst finds?

I found 2 xbox 360s that mostly worked, some games, a book of CDs, and a sump pump I sold for ~$200 for parts. Vidya resale stores and hardware stores have always been the best in my experience

I've also found a heroin addict and a dead puppy. No fun.

Remember to clean up after yourself and that breaking into locked dumpster is heckin illegal. Also check local laws

It sucks when you find something you want out back and then you need to find a way to ask the owner about without revealing you were casing the joint

Oh, I also found an entire recycling bin full of mostly brand new books. Even next to the normal dumpster, it smelled like a book store. Nothing good so I just grabbed a ton to donate
