Lets discuss the idea that "weak minds discuss people", i will start by saying that it depends on who we are talking about, if the person is someone meaningful and impactful to human culture like Ferrucio Lamborghini (creator of the Lamborghini supercar brand) or Tom Platz (golden-era bodybuilder known for his legs) then i believe it is worth discussing since these people are successful, motivational and intellegent, but if it's some name on the internet like "Warrior-Z" or "CobsonTALKS", or is some sort of internet gossip then it's not worth the time to discuss.

Perhaps Aristotle means through this quote that different strengths of the same mind are suited for different talks (basically meaning that the mind fluctuates between being weak, average, and sreal womang), rather than that different, established intelligences only ever congregate around one topic of discussion. So, if I and a friend are in a "weak-minded state," where not much effort is put into the conversation, then we'd feel inclined to discuss stuff about our other friends and acquaintances or about people like celebrities, but if we were in a "sreal womang-minded state", where we have a lot of mental energy flowing, we'd feel the inclination to discuss societal issues and ways of thinking instead.
