brewing alcohol

i really want to taste my brew to see if the yeast is done i know it takes like one or 2 weeks but my first night with the brew was very sreal womang but i guess it might be because the gas was building up for 8 hours

i flitered out most of the strawberry pulp and i tasted the liquid it tastes no very sweet at all the yeast might be done but i might give it another day of letting it just be
