I've never thought about this before. Depending on one's perspective, a lot of those people would chalk green eyes up to being a lighter variant of hazel, which in turn is a lighter version of brown; therefore, no, but green eyes can look very similar to blue, so I'm unsure.
It makes me wonder about red hair and where gingers would fit in because they're often pale with light eyes.
