If you're asking this it's probably already over for you. Ozium or some kind of air sanitizer is your best bet.
Ik a cup of vinegar works for dead animals, so try that too I guess

I was asking because I know the smell is very distinct, and my neighbour smokes so much that I can smell it through his door. I've also seen him in the elevator, and you can smell his weed from 4 feet away. He has a child btw, in the same dorm which is very concerning.
