In my (extensive) experience, this doesn't look bad at all for an overdose. Very fortunate.
I hope he turns it around after this. It's so sad to see someone overdose around a group of friends that barely even seem drunk. He needs help

I think clavicular was probably happier before he started "self-improving". Working on yourself isn't bad but taking it to this level isn't healthy.
