That's really interesting. Did you retain the skins for the small amount of natural yeast or did you trim them off?

I kept the skins on but I disposed of them when it was done with the rest of the waste, it seemingly worked and they didn't rot in solution, I had a secret second bottle I had fruit in for 2 weeks and it was all preserved.

How'd it taste

Garbage, it was hardly palatable and every sip made it worse. Despite it being made with sugar water and had a quarter pound of sugar added in there was no sweetness leftover so it tasted vile, I can't really describe it well. It was good as alcohol because it made you drunk but I could hardly stomach it, it was worse than Steel Reserve.
