NuTheme: Shroomy Deluxe

This is the second to last theme that will be made this year, last one will be a Christmas theme. I decided to change up Shroomy for the last time because I always felt it could've been nicer but I know this is the third time I've changed the main theme by now. I left all the previous themes and probably plan on remaking the Yotshroomba themes if there's enough demand
